Brittany Wade
Clinic Owner & Registered Physiotherapist
I am very passionate about the work that I do. Talking about the embarrassing things is not always easy, but I am here to make that process as comfortable as possible. Whether you have concerns of urinary incontinence, painful intercourse, pelvic pain, abdominal concerns, heaviness or pressure in your pelvis, are pre or post pelvic or abdominal surgery, or are pregnant or postpartum, I am here to help. I work with both the female and male pelvis. I also work with orthopaedic and sport concerns and take a full body approach to treatment.
I graduated from the University of Ottawa with an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics, followed by my Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. I have worked in Ontario and British Columbia before settling in Okotoks, Alberta in 2026. I have pursed advanced training in pelvic health (both female and male pelvis) and orthopaedics. I am certified in the Integrated System Model (ISM) with Diane Lee, an approach grounded in regional interdependence which allows me to assess the relationship between regions of the body to determine the best area to begin treatment.
Outside of being a physio, I am a wife and mom to two young boys and enjoy staying active through running and weight training.
