Move Freely. Live Fully.
Physiotherapy That Helps You Move, Feel & Live With Confidence
Care That Starts With Listening
Our team is passionate about creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. With advanced training in pelvic health and orthopaedics, we take a whole-body approach to help you move with greater confidence.
We work with both the female and male pelvis, as well as orthopaedic and sport injuries, looking beyond the symptoms to find the root cause of your concern.
Our Services
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic health physiotherapy treats both the female and male pelvis and supports pelvic floor strength, bladder and bowel control, sexual wellness, and core stability. Our clinic provides evidence based treatment for a wide range of pelvic and abdominal related concerns.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique that uses thin, sterile needles to target trigger points, tight bands of muscle, and areas of dysfunction. The goal is to release tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility by stimulating a healing response within the affected tissues.
Visceral Manipulation
Visceral manipulation is a gentle, hands on therapy that focuses on improving the mobility and function of the internal organs and the connective tissues surrounding them aiming to reduce pain, enhance movement, and support optimal whole body function.
Orthopaedic Physiotherapy
Orthopaedic and sport physiotherapy focus on restoring strength, mobility, and efficient movement. Treatment includes evidence based rehabilitation for injuries, post surgical recovery, chronic pain, sprains, strains, overuse injuries, and sport specific limitations.
Post Surgical Physiotherapy
Post surgical rehabilitation helps you recover safely and confidently after an operation. Through personalized treatment plans, mobility work, and progressive strengthening and loading, we support healing, reduce pain, and restore function.
Motor Vehicle Accident Physiotherapy
If you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident, our clinic provides supportive, evidence based physiotherapy to help you recover safely and confidently. In Alberta, individuals injured in an MVA are eligible for early assessment and treatment under the province’s auto insurance protocols.

See What Our Clients Say About Us
"I came in feeling a bit anxious about learning pelvic floor Kegel exercises before my prostate surgery, but Brittany immediately put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and helped me start off with confidence. I found her to be both highly professional and genuinely kind, and it was clear she was committed to helping me regain continence after surgery. I’m very glad I chose to work with Brittany."
"Brittany is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a calming energy. She explained my concerns clearly, walked me through the treatment plan, and helped me understand what to expect. My first appointment was excellent, and I already feel supported. I’m truly looking forward to seeing her again and continuing to work through my issues with her guidance."
"Brittany has helped me so much with the nerve pain in my foot. I had seen two physios before her and she was able to find the source of the pain and not just treat my symptoms. I’ve recommended her to friends and family!"
Looking Beyond Where It Hurts
Your body works as a connected system. Our team takes a whole-body approach to understand how different areas of the body influence one another, helping identify where treatment can begin. Our approach is grounded in the Integrated Systems Model (ISM), allowing us to assess movement and regional relationships to create a treatment plan tailored to you.
