Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Brittany Wade Physiotherapy, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both your time and the time of others waiting for care, we ask that any cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice — or missed entirely — will be charged the full appointment fee. This policy helps ensure we can continue providing consistent, high-quality care and maintain availability for all clients.
Illness & Emergencies
Cancellations made under 24 hours due to illness will not be charged; however, notice must be provided prior to the scheduled appointment start time to avoid a no-show fee.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency occurs, please reach out as soon as possible so we can support you appropriately.
